The Process
We organise your content day in advance, collaborating closely with your team. Together, we review the schedules to identify key opportunities, plan gaps for video shoots, and create a list of patients from whom consent is needed for testimonials or videos. We then craft a detailed day schedule accompanied by a tailored checklist to ensure everything runs smoothly.
On the day, we’ll arrive early to set up and ensure everything is perfectly organised. We create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, helping them feel at ease in front of the camera, and we work seamlessly with your team to keep the day enjoyable and productive. There will always be at least two members from Wise on-site.
Finally, we edit the videos and organise them into a folder for your team to download and publish (unless you’ve chosen us to handle publishing). Once everything is wrapped up, we start planning for the next content day!

Once we complete the filming, our editing process typically takes 2-3 business days. We aim to deliver polished, high-quality videos promptly.
Yes, we can provide guidance and scripts for specific videos if needed. However, we also encourage natural, unscripted content, especially for testimonials and patient journey videos.
Absolutely! We ensure that all videos are aligned with your practice’s branding, including logos, colour schemes, and tone.
We offer up to two rounds of revisions per video to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final product. If you opt for publishing, we use a platform called Zoomsphere where you can request amendments & you can see your posts 30 days in advance.
Yes, we offer optional publishing support for practices that prefer us to handle their social media posting. Alternatively, we can deliver the videos for your team to post and manage.
