The Process
We organise your content day in advance, collaborating closely with your team. Together, we review the schedules to identify key opportunities, plan gaps for video shoots, and create a list of patients from whom consent is needed for testimonials or videos. We then craft a detailed day schedule accompanied by a tailored checklist to ensure everything runs smoothly.
On the day, we’ll arrive early to set up and ensure everything is perfectly organised. We create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, helping them feel at ease in front of the camera, and we work seamlessly with your team to keep the day enjoyable and productive. There will always be at least two members from Wise on-site.
Finally, we edit the videos and organise them into a folder for your team to download and publish or for your web team to use on your website.
Meet Your Content Team
The Essentials package includes the core content most practices need — a practice tour, treatment video, 10 professional headshots, and high-quality practice photography. The Premium package includes everything in Essentials, but adds drone videography, a fast-paced video ad for social media, and 20 headshots instead of 10 — ideal for practices looking to go all-out with their brand presence.
Most shoots are completed within a single day. Essentials usually takes around 4–5 hours, while Premium may take 6–8 hours depending on the size of the practice and team.
Yes. We’ll guide you through the whole process — from shot planning and team coordination to what to wear for headshots. It’s a hands-on service, so you’re never left guessing.
Definitely. Everything we create is yours to use across your website, social platforms, advertising and more. We’ll make sure it’s delivered in the formats you need.
Yes — we work with practices nationwide. Travel costs may apply depending on your location, but we’ll confirm everything up front.
You’ll receive all edited content within 3-4 working days after the shoot.
