We know most people don’t spend much time on these pages, but we want our information to stand out—it's real, non-cliché, and far from robotic. Our aim is for you to truly understand who we are, beyond just the results we’re proud of (though, of course, we are). We believe in being genuine and sharing what really matters, so you can get a sense of the people behind the work.
Since 2017, we’ve been an agency—though not always focused on dental and medical industries. That changed when a client approached us with a bold request: to make the final decade of his career as a principal dentist the most successful yet, filled with full-arch cases. At the time, we didn’t even know what a full arch was. But the journey was nothing short of extraordinary.
We immersed ourselves in every aspect of the process: observing countless full-arch implant cases, both flapless and traditional, assisting with bone grafts, and even visiting the labs. We became captivated by the intricate world of dentistry.
That passion, combined with our existing expertise, sparked something special. Word spread, and what started as a single project quickly gained momentum. Before long, we became the fastest-growing dental and medical agency, fuelled by our fascination and dedication to the field.
In the past, we offered a wide range of services: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, graphic design—you name it, we did it. While we still provide paid ads when the situation is right, we've streamlined our focus to what we do best: websites and social media content.
It’s not that we're not skilled at paid ads or SEO, but these services hinge on one thing: Google and Meta. Both platforms are constantly changing their policies around medical and cosmetic advertising. This ongoing uncertainty made us realise that we could no longer guarantee results, as they continue to tighten the rules. We feared this could impact the longevity of our client relationships, through no fault of our own.
We believe in two things: results and, believe it or not, fun! Results are always our priority, because without them, fun wouldn’t be possible. But we also think every relationship should be enjoyable. We like to think that we can pick up the phone to any of our clients, invite them for a drink, and have a genuine, relaxed chat. We’ve always said this since day one. Life’s too short to be anything other than authentic—so why pretend to be ultra-professional robots when we can be ourselves and have a great time doing what we love?
